Guarantees module designed by datanet
allows the management of guarantees from their endorsement, through their
possible seizure and settlement against pending debt, until the return of the
guarantee.
The module facilitates the usual activities
related to deposits, seizure of defaults, return and printing of said bonds /
guarantees, where the main advantage is the unification of all the information
in a single module, where management is carried out from beginning to end.
The liquidation of seized guarantees against
pending invoices is also possible.
In addition, the module is integrated with other
areas of the application, allowing traceability to be maintained, being able to
consult the status of guarantees and debts in real time.
El módulo de Garantías diseñado por datanet permite la gestión de
garantías desde su recepción, pasando por su posible incautación y liquidación
contra deuda pendiente, hasta la devolución de la garantía.
El módulo facilita las actividades habituales relacionadas con los
depósitos, incautación de los impagos, devolución e impresión de dichas fianzas/avales,
donde la principal ventaja es unificación de toda la información en un único
módulo, donde se lleva a cabo la gestión de principio a fin.
También se posibilita la liquidación de garantías incautadas contra
facturas pendientes.
Además, el módulo está integrado con otras áreas de la aplicación
permitiendo mantener la trazabilidad pudiendo consultar el estado de las
garantías y deudas en tiempo real.
